Credit card orders placed directly with AaltoNET Importing are charged in Canadian dollars and will therefore be converted to your currency by your credit card company. Please allow 9 to 12 business days for receipt of your "Spaetzle Hex" if shipped by 'Regular' shipping. Express shipping via ExpressPost or United Parcel Service (UPS) is available for additional cost. ExpressPost shipping takes 5 to 7 business days.   14. How do I clean my "Spaetzle Hex"? Your "Spaetzle Hex" is dishwasher safe. That said, it is advised that you rinse your "Spaetzle Hex" under cold water immediately after using it. Cold water effectively rises away the gooey dough faster than using hot water. Hot water tends to "cook" the dough onto your "Spaetzle Hex", thereby making it more difficult to clean. [top of page]
  15. What other food does spaetzle go with? Spaetzle goes with nearly any main dish you would normally serve with noodles, pasta or rice. Our favorite accompaniments are chicken, pork, and beef dishes. See the recipes page for other suggestions. [top of page]
  16. How long will the "Spaetzle Hex" last me? This will depend on the frequency of use, however, we have been using our original "Spaetzle Hex" at least monthly since 1986 without any trouble at all. This is a good testament to its durability. [top of page]

  18. What Happened to the Spätzle Hex 'C'? The Spätzle Hex 'C' was a cheaper version that did not have the ability to change the size of the holes; and therefore the size of the spaetzle. Although it was a very good seller for us for over eight years, our German supplier decided to discontinue its manufacture in early 2005. As such, we can only acquire the model 'S' from our supplier.
