Your Spätzle Hex is guaranteed to be free from defect for two years from the date of purchase. We personally inspect each one prior to shipping. Should your Spätzle Hex become damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by phone or email to arrange the shipping of a replacement. There will be no additional shipping charge to receive a replacement. We will, however, require you to ship the damaged Spätzle Hex back to us, and we will gladly reimburse any shipping charges you may incur to fulfill this requirement.
Additionally, should you simply be dissatisfied with your Spätzle Hex, contact us to request refund instructions. We will require you to ship the Spätzle Hex back to us by economy parcel post. If you already paid for the Spätzle Hex, you will be fully refunded, including the shipping charges you incurred, once we receive the unit back.
